Southshore Raw Co. Return & Refund Policy

At Southshore Raw Co., we take pride in providing high-quality raw dog food to support your pet’s health. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy to ensure food safety and quality. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any product issues under the following conditions:

1. No Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns on raw dog food due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
  • Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it is non-refundable unless an issue falls under our refund policy.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

We will offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.
Damaged or Compromised Product – If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., thawed beyond safe temperatures, damaged packaging), you must provide photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Missing Items – If your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours for resolution.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report an issue, email us at southshorerawco@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
  4. Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed.
  • Modifications: We will do our best to accommodate order changes if notified promptly.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is picked up on time and stored properly.
  • We are not responsible for products left unrefrigerated or mishandled after pickup/delivery.
